Technical Specs

• Video is encoded in Flash Video Format – F4V (other versions are available at cost eg. .mov h.264 wmv and other formats for ipods / iphones and other mobile devices)
• Video will be stored on Jacana Productions server
• Web Page Hosting is provided free for 1 year by Jacana on its Co Located Server. If the property is sold before this time, video will be removed
• Domain Name is provided care of Godaddy and is subject to availability.
• Music will be limited to non commercial tracks due to copyright limitations. Jacana Productions will provide a number of tracks from which to choose from.

Terms and Conditions / Legal stuff

• Web Page text will be provided by the Seller in the form of an email , MS Word Document or PDF.
• Jacana Productions, Jacana LLC, it’s subsidiaries, employees or pets do not guarantee the sale of your property.
• New Clients are required to pay an up-front deposit of 1/3 of the project amount before the project can commence.
